自制电流测量环测量与标定方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为准确测量功率纳秒脉冲驱动装置中的脉冲大电流,设计了一个电流测量环,阐明了其设计原理。对电流测量环的测量进行了阐述,针对自制电流测量的标定问题开展了研究,提出了用美国电流测量环作为标准环,来进行一一比对测量的方法。将自制电流测量环的测量数据用该文给出的公式来换算出电流测量环的测量偏差,通过与标准环数据的比对,来及时发现量值失准的电流测量环,从而完成了自制电流测量环的标定。通过实验验证,取得了令人满意的效果。 A current measurement ring(Rogowski coil) was designed to accurately measure the pulse heavy current in the power-ns-pulse drive device.The design principle is elaborated.The calibration of self-made current measurement is studied.The current measurement ring made in America is taken as the standard ring to conduct the one-by-one contrast measurement.The measured data of self-made Rogowski coil is converted to the measurement deviation of Rogowski coil by means of the formula given in this paper.Through comparing the self-made Rogowski coil with American-Rogowski-coil,the Rogowski coil whose quantity value is not accurate is found out timely to fulfil the calibration of the self-made Rogowski coils.The efficiency of the method was verified by some experiments.
