心脏移植后激素相关的股骨头坏死行双髋关节置换术一例
摘要
患者男性，44岁，围扩张性心肌病于2005年8月在外院行心脏移植术。术后应用泼尼松龙及环孢素抗免疫排斥治疗，泼尼松龙在最初3个月为25mg／d，以后每3个月递减5mg／d，服用1年，总用量约2100mg；环孢素自术后一直服用，剂量为6片／d。移植心脏功能较好，已恢复正常生活。
