三种不锈钢材料抗固体颗粒冲蚀性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用增压气流固体颗粒冲蚀试验方法研究1Cr11Ni2W2Mo2V、1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb、1Cr17Ni2三种不锈钢材料的抗冲蚀性能。结果表明,三种不锈钢材料在固体颗粒冲击下均发生冲蚀磨损,30°稳定冲蚀速率大于90°稳定冲蚀速率。在相同冲蚀条件下,三种不锈钢材料抗冲蚀性能1Cr17Ni2>1Cr12Ni2W2MoVNb>1Cr11Ni2W2MoV,即1Cr17Ni2不锈钢抗冲蚀性能最好。 Erosion resistance of 1Cr17Ni2,1Cr12Ni2W2MoVNb and 1CrllNi2W2MoV was evaluated by solid particle erosion testing at 90°and 30°impact angle. It was found that three stainless steels had been erode under the solid particles impact condition, erosion rate of 30°impact angle was higher than erosion rate of 90° impact angle. Erosion resistance of three stainless steels was 1CrlTNi2. 〉 1Crl2Ni2W2MoVNb 〉 1Crl 1Ni2W2MoV under the same impact condition, 1Crl7Ni2 had the best erosion resistance performance under the Solid Particles impact condition.
