摘要
21世纪,我国船舶行业蓬勃发展,造船产量也逐年上升。但是随着国际竞争的日益加剧,以往的那种低成本优势已不复存在。因此,如何快速地占领市场先机,提高船舶企业的国际竞争力,已经成为我国船舶制造业迫在眉睫的问题。而工艺管理作为一项基础管理工作,对于提高船舶行业的制造水平和增强船舶行业的竞争力意义巨大。本文将着重讨论船舶企业如何强化工艺管理的问题。
In 2000s, China＇s shipbuilding industry is booming and the shipbuilding output is increasing year by year. However, with the increasing international competition, the kind of low-cost advantage no longer exists. Therefore, how to capture the market opportunities quickly and improve the international competitiveness of the shipping companies have become the pressing problems of the shipbuilding industry in China. And the process management as a basic management is of great significance for improving the manufacturing level and enhancing the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry. This article will focus on the problem about how to strengthen the process management in the shipbuilding enterprises.
