摘要
简要论述了高层居住环境中邻里交往空间的重要性 ,提出了“邻里型高层住宅”的概念 ,认为“邻里型高层住宅”是未来高层住宅的一个发展方向 。
The paper discusses the importance of the communication space in neighborhood of the high rise residence, and raises the conception of the neighborhood high rise residence, believes it's the trend of the future high rise residence development. It also makes an approach to the design of the neighborhood high rise residence.
