The excellent resident quarters in Guangzhou display new features of culture of Lingnan residence in the following six aspects: architectural culture in combining that of the west with that of the east, green culture in taking great care and concern of ecology, resident culture in star level services, people centered real estate culture, community culture in the family atomosphere, and business capital culture in sitting and making profits from sales.
