摘要
国家创新能力已经成了评价国家竞争力的重要标准,一个没有原创能力和强势整合、推广本国资源能力的国家,将在政治、经济、文化和科技等各个领域居于跟随地位,这对于正处在伟大民族复兴的中国来说是不可接受的。纵观近代文明发展历程,英、美、德、日等发达国家无不利用设计的创新与整合能力实现了跨越式发展。苹果、三星等企业更是利用设计的产业化实现了巨额利润,成为引领全球科技与生活方式的品牌。中国现正处于激烈的经济和社会转型中,设计产业化与国家竞争力的提升休戚相关。本次研究将从国内外案例的梳理和借鉴出发,以全球视角分别从时间结构、物理机构、经济结构和逻辑结构来探讨和挖掘各国的成功经验,同时对照中国现阶段国情提出适合中国语境的操作方式框架,以期对于中国设计产业整体发展布局和提升国家竞争力的相关举措提供参考意义。
The creative ability has become the core standard to evaluate the national competitiveness.A country without original design,integration and promotion will lose competitiveness in politics,economy,culture and technology.This can't be accepted by China,which is undergoing great rejuvenation.UK,German and US share the benefits of design creation and integration to achieve great development.Great Apple and Samsung even gain huge profits through the design industry.We are now under profound transition both in economy and society,and design industrialization and competitiveness are associated with each other.This research will start from case study both at home and abroad to explore good experience experiences from time frame,physical structure,economic structure and logical structure.Meanwhile,A practical framework which fits the current national situations will be put forward to help upgrade the general layout and national competitiveness or be a good reference for both government and enterprises.
