穿孔素介导的细胞毒作用在银屑病中的研究进展
摘要
穿孔素(PFP)是细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)和自然杀伤细胞(NK)分泌的一种糖蛋白,是细胞毒细胞发挥效应的主要分子之一。近年来的研究表明,穿孔素介导的细胞毒作用在炎症性皮肤病中发挥重要作用。银屑病是一种以角质形成细胞异常增生和角化不全为主要病理改变的慢性炎症性皮肤病本文综述了穿孔素的分子生物学特性、表达与调节、穿孔素介导的细胞毒作用及其在银屑病发病中的研究进展。
