晚期肝硬化行超量腹水浓缩回输28次随访25个月1例

中国人民解放军第八二医院于2009年8月25日收治1例晚期肝硬化腹水患者,超量腹水浓缩腹腔回输28次,随访25个月存活良好,现报告如下。1病例资料1.1主诉腹胀、尿少、双下肢水肿伴发热3个月。1.2现病史2008年8月初起腹胀、尿少,诊断＂肝硬化腹水＂,自服中药好转。
