皮带秤控制衡器选择法剖析

摘要 皮带秤技术法规对称量试验物料的控制衡器规定了原则要求,本文对控制衡器如何满足此要求进行了深入分析,并通过实例予以进一步诠释,指出即使检定合格的非自动衡器一般也不可能在其全量程范围内都满足控制试验物料规定误差的要求,硬性强求是不必要的,也是做不到的。III级非自动衡器若不在物料试验之前立即校准或检定,不能作为0.5级和0.2级皮带秤的检定用控制衡器;但只要做到即时校准,就有可能满足检定0.5级和0.2级皮带秤控制衡器的要求。 Belt scale technology regulations specifies the principles and requirement on the control weighing instrument of the weighing test material, this article analyzes control weighing instrument how to satisfy this requirement, and for example, indicates that non-automatic weighing instrument can't all satisfy control test material specified error requirement even if certified, rigid force is unnecessary. Class III non-automatic weighing instrument must adjust or test before material testing immediately, or can't be used as the test of 0.5 and 0.2 of the belt scale; but if adjust or test before material testing immediately, can satisfy the requirement of the test of 0.5 and 022 of the belt scale.
