丹参多酚酸盐对急性脑梗死患者C反应蛋白水平的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对急性脑梗死患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法采用随机对照研究,收集就诊于沧州市人民医院的急性脑梗死患者300例,随机分为治疗组(150例)和对照组(150例)均接受常规脑梗死治疗14 d,治疗组还辅以丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗14 d,观察两组间CRP水平的差异。结果治疗组和对照组年龄和性别间无统计学差异(65.0±5.7岁VS 64.2±6.1岁,P>0.05;男性:52%VS 49%,P>0.05),两组间基线神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)(14±3分VS 15±3分,P>0.05)及CRP水平(7.9±2.3 VS 7.6±3.1,P>0.05)无差异。随访观察14 d后,治疗组CRP水平显著低于对照组(4.1±2.1 VS 6.1±1.8,P<0.05),但两组间NIHSS评分无差异(12±2分VS 14±3分,P>0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐能够降低急性脑梗死患者CRP水平,提示丹参多酚酸盐能够减轻急性脑梗死炎性反应。 Objective To evaluate the effect of salvianolate on the level of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute isehemic stroke. Methods 300 patients with acute ischemic stroke, admitted to the Cangzhou People's Hospital, were recruited in our study, they were divided randomly into therapy group (150) and control group(150). Patients of both groups were treated 14 days after stroke onset according to is- chemic stroke guideline, in addition, patients in therapy group were also managed with salvianolte 14 days. Re- suits The age and sex were similar between the two groups (65.0±5.7 VS 64. 2±6. 1 years, P 〉 0. 05 ; male: 52% VS 49% , P 〉0.05). There was no marked difference between the two groups in baseline NIHSS(14±3 VS 15 ±3, P 〉0.05) and average value of CRP(7.9±2. 3 VS 7.6±3.1, P 〉0. 05). Compared with control group, the average value of CRP in therapy group was significantly lower after 14 days follow-up (4. 1±2. 1VS 6. 1±1.8, P 〈 0.05). The NIHSS, however, was no difference between the two groups (12±2 VS 14±3, P 〉 0.05) after 14 days. Conclusion the salvianolate may decrease the value of CRP of patients with ischemic stroke.
