紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期鼻咽癌的临床观察

The clinical observation of paclitaxel plus cisplatin for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的评价紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期鼻咽癌的客观疗效及毒副反应。方法采用紫杉醇加顺铂方案诱导化疗(TP)治疗晚期鼻咽癌64例,紫杉醇135～175 mg/m2,第1天,静脉3 h,顺铂30～40mg/m2,第1～3天,每3周重复,所有患者均接受至少两个周期以上化疗。所有患者均接受两个疗程以上的化疗。结果本组病例近期治疗有效率为81%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、恶心和呕吐、肌肉关节痛和脱发等。大部分患者为I～II度反应,患者耐受良好。经常规预防用药后,未观察到有严重的过敏反应。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂对治疗晚期鼻咽癌有较高的临床疗效,可安全有效地应用于晚期鼻咽癌的治疗。

Objective To evaluate the objective efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel combined with cispl- atin on the in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The paclitaxel plus cisplatin induction chemo- therapy （TP） treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma 64 cases, paclitaxel the 135 - 175 mg/m^2 dl, intravenous3 h, cisplatin 30 - 40 mg/m^2,dl - d3, repeated every 3 weeks . All patients have received at least two cycles of chemotherapy. All patients received two or more cycles of chemotherapy. Results The effective treatment of this group of patients was 81%. The major toxicity was myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting, muscle and joint pain and hair loss and so on. Most of the patients have Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree of reaction, the patient is well tolerated. Mterconventional preventive medication, was not observed to have severe allergic reactions. Conclusion The high clinical efficacy of paclitaxel plus cisplatin treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carci- noma can be safely and effectively used in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
