鸦胆子油口服乳液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎75例效果观察

Observation on the effect of retention enema with Brucea javanica oil emulsion in the treatment of 75 patients with ulcerative colitis

目的:探讨鸦胆子油口服乳液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床效果。方法:将150例活动期UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例,对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶或美沙拉嗪(SASP),治疗组在口服SASP的基础上每晚应用鸦胆子油口服乳液保留灌肠。治疗2个月,评价比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组完全缓解41例(54.67%),有效31例(41.33%),无效3例(4.00%),总有效率96.00%;对照组完全缓解30例(40.00%),有效28例(37.33%),无效17例(22.67%),总有效率77.30%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油口服乳液保留灌肠治疗活动期UC疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective. To explore the clinical efficacy of retention enema with Brucea javanica oil emulsion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods：ISO patients with active ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into-a treatment group and a control group （75 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were treated with oral Sulfasalazine （SASP） or Mesalamine and the patients in the treatment group were given retention enema with Brucea javanica oil emulsion every night on the basis of the treatment with oral SASP. The clinical curative effect was evaluated and compared between the two groups after the treatment for 2 months. Results ：41 patients in the treatment group got complete remission （54.67% ） ,it was effective in 31 patients （41.33%） ,ineffective in 3 patients （4.00%） and the total effec- tive rate was 96% ;30 patients in the control group got complete remission （40.00%） ,it was effective in 28 patients （ 37.33% ）, ineffective in 17 patients （ 22.67% ）and the total effective rate was 77.30%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The retention enema with Brucea javanica oil emulsion has an obvious curative effect in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis.
