摘要
应用SephadexG-10色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液为流动相,设置UV检测器波长为254nm,建立注射用阿洛西林钠中高聚物分析的高效液相色谱法。高聚物浓度在0.006～4mg/L内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999。该方法操作简单、检出限低、准确度高。
A Sephadex G-10 colum was used with the phosphate buffer solution and the UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. Develop HPLC test method for the determination of high polymers in azlocillin sodium for injection. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 006 - 4 mg/L. The method is simple and relia- ble.
