角膜缘干细胞移植联合生物羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效

摘要
翼状胬肉是眼科常见病和多发病，其病因和发病机制未完全明确，手术是治疗翼状胬肉的主要方法，但术后复发率高，复发性翼状胬肉用常规单纯切除治疗效果不理想。我们选取我院2008年6月至2010年12月复发性胬肉121例157眼，随机分为2组，分别行单纯胬肉切除及单纯胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植及羊膜移植手术治疗，术后随访1年，观察其疗效，现报告如下。
