美沙酮女性维持受治者婚育状态的质性研究

A qualitative research on females′ marriage and childbearing during methadone maintenance treatment

目的深入了解接受美沙酮维持治疗的女性受治者婚育状态、心理体验和需求,探讨促进其身心健康的相关因素。方法通过半结构式访谈和开放式提问,对8例在美沙酮维持受治期间婚育的女性进行访谈。结果提炼出对婚育状态的心理体验、怀孕期的担忧和困惑、住院分娩期间与治疗依从性的冲突及分娩育儿经验匮缺、家庭社会支持的需求增加4个主题。结论美沙酮女性维持受治者对生活持积极态度,但怀孕及分娩期间相关指导不足,需要医护人员与社会工作者提供健康教育等完善的社会支持。

Objective To deeply understand females′ marriage and childbearing status,mental experience and desires in methadone maintenance treatment,and to explore related factors which can promote their physical and mental health. Methods By using semi-structured interviewing and open-ended questioning,8 women were studied in an attempt to collect their marriage and childbearing status during methadone maintenance treatment. Results Four themes were extracted： mental experience of marriage and childbea-ring status,worry and confusion during pregnancy,conflict between hospitalization for childbirth and therapeutic compliance and lack of childbearing experience,increased demand of family and social support. Conclusion Females have positive attitudes toward life during methadone maintenance treatment,but instructions targeted at pregnancy and childbearing are deficienct.Medical staff and social workers need to provide well-developed social support like medical education for them.
