改良体肺分流建立大鼠肺动脉高压模型的一种新方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的使用套管法行体肺分流手术,建立大鼠肺动脉高压模型。方法将20只SD大鼠,雌雄不限,随机分成实验组(12只)和对照组(8只),实验组用套管法连接左颈总动脉与左肺动脉,并行左肺动脉远端结扎手术建立体肺分流模型。9周后开胸测主肺动脉压力,并对肺组织进行组织形态学观察。结果实验组大鼠肺动脉收缩压,舒张压,平均压升高程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组大鼠右心室湿重/体重,右心室湿重/(左心室+室间隔湿重)增加程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组织切片见实验组大鼠肺小动脉内膜层及肌层增厚,管腔狭窄。结论套管法连接左颈总动脉与左肺动脉,并左肺动脉远端结扎术可以成功建立大鼠肺高血流量型肺动脉高压模型。
