心内科住院患者辅助检查的持续质量改进管理 被引量:16

摘要 目的应用持续质量改进理念解决心内科辅助检查护理中存在的问题。方法采用流程图分析既往心内科辅助检查护理工作中存在的问题及可能原因,制定改进方案后再次评价反映这些问题的指标变化,比较持续质量改进的效果。结果实施持续质量改进后3个月不能同查项目、评估不足、患者遗忘3项问题显著少于改进前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论持续质量改进有利于提高心内科辅助检查护理质量。 Objective To solve problems in nursing care of patients hospitalized in cardiovascular department receiving laboratory tests by using continuous quality improvement process. Methods Flow process diagrams were used to identify problems in nursing care during laboratory tests and its possible causes,and then countermeasures were taken and changes of evaluation indicators were measured again to determine effects of the continuous quality improvement program. Results After three-month implementation of the program,the incidence of multiple tests wrongly checked at the same time,inadequate assessment,and patients′ oblivion were significantly reduced(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion The continuous quality improvement program is beneficial to quality of nur-sing care for laboratory tests.
