摘要
在分析创新能力提升的内在机理后,提出存在内部导向和外部导向两种模式。制度环境是创新能力提升活动的重要基础,根据其活动边界可以分为内部制度环境和外部制度环境。内部制度环境通过规制、规范和认知促进个体知识创造及知识跨层次转移来支持内部导向下的创新能力提升;外部制度环境则通过赋予企业自主权、合法性和组织公平来增强社会互动,引进新知识以保障外部导向下的创新能力提升。
The paper analyses the internal mechanism of improving innovative capability and puts forward the two patterns of internal orientation and external orientation. The institutional environment is a solid foundation for improving innovative capability, and can be divided into internal environment and external environment according to boundary. The internal insti- tutional environment supports innovative capability improvement of internal orientation by pushing individual knowledge creation and multilevel knowledge transfer by means of regulation, standard and cognition. The external institutional environment ensures innovative capability improvement of external orientation by granting enterprise autonomy, legitimacy and organizational equity to enhance social interaction and introduce new knowledge.
