摘要
XG1-H型脉动真空灭菌柜为自动程序控制,兼有脉动真空与快速喷淋冷却功能。其柜内容积为6.37m^3,适用于工业灭菌。测试表明,该灭菌柜对500ml瓶装液体在121～123℃作用20分钟,对医用器材在132～134作用4分钟,可达灭菌要求。
The autoclave type XG1-H has automatic programmed control and functions of both pulsating vacuum and rapid shower cooling. Its chamber has a volume of 63.7 m^3which is suitable for industrial sterilization. The result of examination indicated that sterilization requirements could be achieved when saline in 500 ml bottles was sterilized by the autoclave at 121～123℃ for 20min (downward displacement) or medical supplies were sterilized at 132～134℃ for 4 min (pulsating vacuum for 3 times). It was also shown that pulsating vacuum for 3 times was enough to overcome the small load effect during prevacuum autoclaving.
