高校辅导员职业生活质量的调查与分析

A Study of the Quality of the Student Coachers' Professional Life at College

对安徽师范大学100名辅导员职业生活质量的现状、影响因素进行调查,结果显示:高校辅导员职业生活质量较低,消极感受强烈。主要原因在于低落的社会地位、学生的不理解、职业化路径的缺失、工作的繁琐、角色的模糊等方面。提高高校辅导员职业生活质量的主要措施包括:提升职业自我认同感,理解辅导员的工作特性,明确发展路径,运用生涯管理,开展幸福感讨论会,探寻关键性措施。

A survey on the current professional life and factors affecting the life of 100 student coach- ers in Anhui Normal University, reveals that student coachers at college generally have a low - quality professional life accompanied by intense negative reactions, which can be seen from the sudden drop of social status, the misunderstanding on the part of students, the lack of profession- oriented target, the complexity in work as well as the vagueness of the role they should play. Therefore, the major measures to improve the quality of student coacher＇s professional life should include a stronger sense of self - sat- isfaction, the understanding of the inherent traits of their work, clarifying their developmental direction as well as the seminars on the sense of happiness by means of career management to search for key solutions.
