摘要
BT工程项目一般建设规模大、周期长、筹集资金数额巨大,因而风险也相应较大。针对施工企业运做BT项目的风险进行分析,对风险的防范和化解方法予以阐述,为同行提供一定的借鉴。
In general case,BT projects with large construction scale,long period,and great funding amount lead to big risk.According to analyzing risk of BT projects,methods of risk prevention and defusing are put forward in this paper,which can provide a certain reference for peers.
