麦默通微创技术在B超探及乳腺病灶切除及活检中的应用 被引量:31

摘要 目的:探讨麦默通微创技术在B超探及的乳腺占位性病变中的临床应用,并结合我科临床对麦默通微创技术在乳腺占位性病变的适应症进行总结。方法:应用麦默通微创切除活检术前B超探及的乳腺占位性病变292例,共计1 055个肿物。结果:B超探视下肿物完整切除,切除肿物术后病理结果显示:乳腺纤维腺瘤686个,乳腺腺病253个,乳腺囊肿病64个,导管内乳头状瘤39个,乳腺癌12个,低级不典型增生1个。术后出现皮下血肿1例,均无感染、皮肤破溃等并发症,术后3个月及6个月随访,患者满意度达98%。结论:麦默通微创技术可作为B超探及的乳腺良性占位切除手术的首选方式,并可作为亚临床乳腺癌的活检方式。 Aim:To investigate the clinical application of Mammotome minimally invasive techniques for breast mass under ultrasonoscopy.The indicatins of minimally invasive Mammotome were saminarized.Methods: Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy 292 cases of breast mass ultrasound explored before operation,a total of 1 055 masses.Results: All masses were reseeted completely,the pathology showed: 686 breast fibroadenoma,253 breast adenosis,64 breast cystic disease,39 papilloma,12 breast cancer,1 dysplasia.Postoperative hematoma happened in 1 case,no infection,skin ulcer and other complications.The patients were followed up after operation 3 months and 6 months,and 98% patients were satisfied the operation.Conclusion:Mammotome minimally invasive techniques can be used as the best method to remove benign breast mass ultrasound explored,and as a way of sub-clinical breast cancer biopsies.
