摘要
针对目前镀锌生产线预热电源控制存在的简单粗糙、自动调节温度能力差、数字化程度不高等问题,研制了一种基于DSP的全数字化的高精度预热电源。分析了电源系统原理,给出了主电路结构、主要参数设计及器件选择原则。电源主电路以IGBT作为逆变器功率器件,以TMS320F2407A为电源的主控芯片,为了使输出温度快且准地跟踪给定温度,采用功率闭环控制模式,实现了镀锌生产线预热电源的全数字控制,最后给出了实验结果。实验结果证明该电源系统稳定可靠,波形质量好,精度高,输出电压波形畸变率小,有较好的稳态和动态性能。
In order to solve such problems as simpleness and coarseness,poor temperature adjustment ability and low digital level in the preheating power supply control for galvanized production line,a full digital high-precision stable preheating power supply is designed based on DSP.The power system principle is analyzed and main circuit structure,parameter design and device selection principle are given.IGBT is used as inverter power devices for the main circuit,TMS320F2407A is the power control chip.The closed-loop power control mode is adopted to track the given temperature quickly and accurately,which realizes the full digital control of the preheating power supply for the galvanized production line.The provided research results indicate that the power system is reliable,waveform is of high quality and precision,the output voltage waveform has low rate of distortion and the power system has good static and dynamic performance.
