pH值对抗坏血酸-铜离子杀灭水中大肠杆菌的影响

摘要 实验室试验表明,抗坏血酸与铜离子在水中对大肠杆菌有协同杀灭作用。此作用在酸性条件(pH 6)下较弱,在碱性条件(pH 8)下较强。 Ascorbic acid acts synergetically with copper ion in killing Escherichia coli in water. The pH value of water has certain influence on their killing efficacy. When the concentrations of copper ion and ascorbic acid were 0.3mg / L and 50mg / L respectively and the contact time was 30 min , the germicidal efficacy in alkaline condition (pH 8) was significantly better than that in acidic condition (pH 6) . The killing rate of the former was 100% , while that of the latter was 94.5%.
