邢台地区2010至2011年手足口病病原体流行特征分析 被引量：4

摘要 手足口病（HFMD）是一种婴幼儿常见的传染病,临床表现为发热,口腔黏膜溃疡和皮肤疱疹。个别患者可发生脑炎、无菌性脑膜炎、肺水肿、肺出血、急性弛缓性麻痹、心肌炎等严重并发症。早期发现的HFMD病原体主要为CA16,
