HBsAg载体消毒试验方法的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON CARRIER DISINFECTION TEST OF HBsAg

以二氯异氰尿酸钠为消毒剂,对HBsAg载体消毒试验法进行了研究。该法与悬液试验法相比有4个优点。HBsAg的浓度与纯化与否对试验结果无明显影响。

A new carrier test was used to test the inactivating effect of disinfectants on HBsAg. The HBsAg positive serum was immuno-adsorbed on immunoquantitation plate used as a carrier. The disinfectant solution of different concentrations was added into the pit of the plate. After contact for definite time, the residual HBsAg was detected by ELISA. It was showed that the effective dosages of the disinfectant (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) in carrier test were parallel to those in suspension test. The experiments also proved that the disinfectant in carrier test acted directly upon HBsAg adsorbed on the carrier rather than the anti-HBs coated on the plate, and there was no detached HBsAg existing in the mixture of neutralized disinfection solution. The new method is easy to be performed . The results have good repeatability and represent effect of surface disinfection better than suspension test. It is especially suitable for testing some disinfectants when no appropriate neutralizer is available.
