摘要 哈尔滨大剧院巨型钢梁工程利用大型吊车、盘扣脚手架、滑移相结合的方法,圆满解决了大型构件跨外吊装的难题,特别是"小坦克"(移运器)的应用,减小了滑移时的摩擦力,使滑移工作得以顺利实施。同时采用合理的焊接工艺,解决了厚板低温焊接的技术难题,获得了非常好的效果。 During construction of huge steel beam of Harbin Grand Theater, large crane, disk-lock scaffold and slippage Especially, " construction method are jointly adopted to successfully overcome the difficulties in lifting large component shifting skates" (conveying tool) are used to reduce the friction during slippage and the slippage is smoothly carried out. Meanwhile, reasonable welding process is adopted to tackle the technical difficulties in low-temperature welding of thick plate and excellent effects are obtained.
