摘要
由于建筑物自重及其他外部因素产生了综合荷载不足,为了平衡地下水所产生的浮力,须在基础底板施加竖向外力以平衡浮力,抗浮锚杆就是利用了锚杆自身的抗拉强度所产成的抗拉力。锚杆与土层之间的摩擦力所产生的抗拔力,对基础上浮的趋势进行约束,起到抵抗基础上浮的作用。通过对抗浮锚杆施工的几种工艺比较,发现干取土施工对增加抗浮锚杆粘结力和挤密效果、节约成本有着独到的优越性。
For the total load caused by the dead weight of the buildings and other external factors is insufficient, in order to balance the buoyancy generated by the groundwater, it must exert vertical force on foundation slab to balance buoyancy, and the anti-uplift anchor bolt just uses its own tensile strength. The pulling force generated by the friction between the anchor rod and the soil layer can restrain the up-floating trend of foundation. Compare to the several construction technology of the anti-uplift anchor, it is found that dry construction has its particular superiority on increasing the cohesion and the compacting effect of the anti-uplift anchor effect, also it is good for cost saving.
