600名医务人员控烟行为与影响因素分析

Behavior of smoking controlling and its associated factors among medical staff

目的调查分析医务人员的控烟行为状况及影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样,对江苏3市的600名医务工作者进行调查。结果 54.6%的医务人员经常在诊疗过程中询问病人吸烟情况,91.6%的人会劝吸烟的病人戒烟;仅18.8%的人在过去1年曾参加控烟培训;Logistic回归分析显示医务人员劝病人戒烟与否与吸烟状态、学历有关。结论医务人员控烟意识不强,控烟理论知识不足,控烟能力有待提高。

Objective To investigate the behavior of smoking controlling and its associated factors among medical staff.Methods A total of 600 medical workers were selected with the cluster random sampling method and investigated in 3 cities of Jiangsu Province.Results Among the medical staff,54.6% of them reported that they asked the patients about the smoking conditions,91.8% of them provided the smoking cessation suggestion to the smoking patients,and only 18.8% attended the train of smoking control.The Logistic regression showed that the factors associated with the actively providing smoking cessation advices were correlated with their education and smoking conditions.Conclusions The medical staff consciousness of smoking control is poor,they are short of the smoking cessation knowledge and their capabilities of smoking control need to be improved.
