摘要 以复杂连接半套为例,在Pro/E的Moldesign模块下,调入所设计的三维产品实体模型创建模腔的几何外形,产生模具型芯和型腔以及精加工的塑料零件和完整的模具装配体文件。之后,导入Pro/E的外挂程序模具专家系统EMX,建立与之相应的标准模座及滑块、顶杆等辅助零件,最终方便设计出理想的高质量的模具,缩短了复杂件的注塑模具设计周期。 Using half of complex sleeve for connection as an example, 3D solid object is used in creating geometry of cavity with Moldesign in Pro/E. First, the files, the core, cavity, finish machining plastic parts and assembly of mould are generated. Second, standard mould bases, slide, ejector pin and other assistant parts are set up with EMX, an expert system of Pro/E plugins. Finally, the ideal high quality injection mould is designed. It can reduce the period of the complex plastic parts injection mold design.
