摘要
通过对深孔钻床布局的研究,提出了如何提高内孔对外圆同轴度的方法;以一种零件做为实例,阐述了两种总体结构布局的特点,研究了液压缸结构改进和液压系统的革新方法,提出了只有机床各个部件之间的密切配合,总体上才能保证内孔对外圆钻削的同轴度。
This article carried out research on the layout of deephole drill machine, and put forward it is a method which coaxial degree of the inside bore and outward circle is increased,as example of a workpiece,explained two layout of overall structure; researched the structural improvements of hydraulic cylinder and the innovative method of hydraulic system, it is proposed that the each parts of the machine need close cooperation, ensured coaxial degree of the inside bore and outward circle on the layout.
