摘要
以H型钢矫直过程为研究对象,建立了矫直辊与型钢三辊弯曲矫直的仿真模型;采用ANSYS软件,对上下、左右挠度和翼缘斜度矫直过程进行了仿真分析,计算了H型钢的应力与残余应力状态,分析了矫直时翼缘与腹板之间产生裂纹的原因,提出了改善H型钢矫直质量的合理工艺方案。
In this paper, a three-roll bending model has been established to simulate the straightening process. Using ANSYS software, the straightening process of the H-beam has been simulated with vertical bending, horizontal bending and flang. The stresses during straightening and residual stresses in H-beam has been calculated ,the reason of cracks at the crosspoint between the flange and web has been studied, and the reasonable straightening scheme was put forward to improve the quality of products.
