摘要
在西门子840D sl数控系统Operate界面框架上,采用面向对象和模块化的设计方式,借助于Qt和OpenGL技术、小型数据库SQLite、Visual Studio开发平台,建立适用于西门子840D sl数控系统的电气调试软件。阐述了该调试软件的整体设计思想与软件架构,并介绍了结合数据库SQLite实现的用户自定义数据自动读取技术。通过在三一精机自主数控机床电气调试中验证,该软件能够有效执行用户设定调试动作,并能有效提高数控机床安装调试效率,缩短调试周期。
Introduce the methods to build electric commissioning software for 840D sl NC system.The methods are based on the SIEMENS 840D sl HMI solution Operate graphic framework, and takes the design concepts of object-oriented and modularity via Qt and OpenGL technology, SQLite database and Visual Studio IDE.The whole design concept and software architecture were discribed and user-defined data auto-read technology based on SQLite database was illustrated in detail.Through the test of the commissioning software used for SANY precision machine OEM machine, this mothod executes the user-setting action successfully and exactly,and improved the efficiecy of commissioning ,shortened the delivery period of machine.
