元器件的故障通常被称为失效,了解电子元器件的失效模式、失效机理和电子设备的故障机理,对于诊断设备的故障,保持设备固有的可靠性是十分重要的。文章分析了电子元器件的失效模式和失效机理。

The breakdown of the spare part is usually called expiration. Understanding the expired mode and break- down mechanism of electronic components is very important to examine the breakdown of the equipments and to keep the proper reliablity of equipments. In this paper, the fault mode and the expiration mechanism of the electronic components are analyzed.
