摘要 随着新能源技术的发展,高性能的并网逆变器已成为研究热点。分析了H桥级联逆变器的拓扑结构及载波移相技术的原理,提出一种基于DSP+CPLD实现载波移相的方法,将该方法应用于H桥级联多电平并网逆变器系统中,并通过仿真和实验证明了该方法的可行性,以及系统具有并网电流谐波含量低,开关器件等效开关频率高,低压开关器件实现高压输出的优点。 With the development of the new energy technologies, high-performance grid-connected inverter has become a research central issue.The topology of the cascaded H-bridge inverter and the principle of carrier phase-shifted technique are presented and analyzed.According to DSP+CPLD,this paper presents a solution to implement carrier phase-shifted.The solution is used in the system of cascaded H-bridge multi-level grid-connected inverter based on carrier phase-shifted with DSP+CPLD.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by the simulation and experi- ment.And the system has advantages of low harmonic content of grid current,high equivalent switching frequency of the switching devices ,high output with the low-voltage switching devices ,which are also verified by the simulation and experiment.
