摘要
针对采用传统PI电流、转速调节器的永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制系统中存在启动转速、转矩波动大,电流跟踪效果不理想等问题,分别设计了采用积分分离的电流调节器和采用模糊一PI双模控制策略的速度调节器,并在Matab环境下搭建了模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该控制系统较传统控制系统具有更好的动静态特性,最后针对所提出的方法进行实验验证,实验结果进一步证明了该结论的正确性。
The traditional current and speed PI control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) vector control system has problems such as large fluctuation of start-up torque and speed, and bad tracking performance of current and so on.Aiming at these problems, the current regulator which adopts integral separation control strategy and speed regulator with fuzzy-PI double mode control strategy are designed, and simulation model was built in Matlab/Simulation.The simulation result indicates that this improved control system has better dynamic and static characteristic than traditional control system.Finally,experiments based on the proposed method are done to verify the cor- rectness of the conclusion further.
