摘要
针对电流型半桥变换器存在的开关管电压关断尖峰问题,对电路的结构和控制方式进行了改进。在分析该变换器工作原理的基础上,研究其工作特性,建立了改进电路拓扑的小信号模型,并与传统的电流型半桥变换器进行了比较。实验验证了电路分析的正确性和设计的可行性。
In order to eliminate the voltage spike of the current-fed half-bridge DC/DC converter during the switch- turn-off,the circuit structure and the control mode are improved respectively.The operational principle,theoretical analysis, and the small signal model of the topology are presented and compared with traditional circuit.The Experi- mental results show correctness of the circuit analysis and the feasibility of the design.
