摘要
针对配电网静止同步补偿器(DSTATCOM)与晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)联合运行问题,提出一种新型基于专家混杂控制和瞬时功率平衡的控制策略。首先从混合无功补偿装置(HVC)结构及其等效电路出发,对其补偿机理进行分析,设计HVC控制器,分析了其控制策略。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法补偿效果良好,反应速度快,验证了设计的正确性与可行性。
This paper presents a new type of hybrid control which based on expert and the instantaneous power bal- ance for distribution-network static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) and thyristor switched capacitor (TSC). At first, from the structure and equivalent circuit of the hybrid reactive power compensation device hybrid var com- pensator (HVC), there is an analysis of its compensation mechanism and control strategy, and an HVC controller is designed.Simulation and experimental results show that the method of compensation works well,response fast, and ver- ify the correctness of the design.
