Function and Expansion Function of Drug Control Room in Hospital Pharmacy

目的拓展医院药检室的职能。方法综合分析探讨医院药检室的主要职能和功能拓展。结果药检室的职能正从对自制制剂的质量控制扩大到对全院药品质量监督,从与各临床科室交流制剂问题到临床药学,从单一化工作到开展新制剂、新剂型等方面的科研研究。结论药检室应根据实际情况,制订发展计划,在医院药学服务中发挥作用。

Objective To expand the functions of the hospital drug control room.M ethods The chief work and the expansion function of the drug control room were a nalyzed and discussed comprehensively.Results The function of the drug control r oom was gradually extended from the quality control of self-made preparations t o the quality supervision on whole drugs in hospital,from the exchange the prepa rations questions with the clinical departments to clinical pharmacy and pharmac eutical care and from the simplification work to the scientific researches of de veloping new formulations and new dosage forms.Conclusion The drug control room should formulate the developing plans to play a role in the hospital pharmaceuti cal services according to the practical condition.
