摘要
目的了解医院抗高血压药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2010年抗高血压药的用药金额、用药频度、日用药金额、构成比等情况进行统计分析。结果钙通道阻滞剂在用药频度和用药金额上均居首位,单品种用药频度最高的是依那普利,用药金额最高的是左旋氨氯地平。结论抗高血压药物应用以长效钙通道阻滞剂为主,使用基本合理。
Objective To understand the circumstance of antihypertensive drugs us ed in our hospital to provide reference for the clinical drug use.Methods The am ount of money,frequency and proportion of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2010 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results Calcium channel b lockers occupied the top place in medication frequency and amount of money.The h ighest frequency of single variety of drug was enalapril.The highest amount of m oney was levamlodipine.Conclusion Antihypertensive drugs are dominated by longterm action calcium channel blockers,their use is basically rational.
