腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎332例

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis:a report of 332 cases

目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的经验。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2011年6月332例急性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床资料,采用三孔法或四孔法行LC。结果 313例成功施行LC,平均住院4.9d。19例中转开腹。仅1例出现术后淋巴漏,留置腹腔引流,13d后拔除引流管后出院,住院17d。结论急性结石性胆囊炎如有手术指征,应尽早手术,LC可减少患者的住院时间,减少抗菌药物的应用。

Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods From June 2009 to June 2011,332 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis were treated by LC,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Three hundred and thirteen cases of patients underwent LC were successful,the average hospital stay was 4.9 days,19 cases converted to laparotomy.Only 1 case of postoperative lymph leakage,13 days after indwelling peritoneal drainage,drainage reduced,recovered after the removal of drainage tubes,the hospital stay was 17 days.Conclusions If the acute calculous cholecystitis indications for surgery,early surgery.LC can reduce hospitalization time,reducing the application of antibacterial drugs.
