自制立体牵引装置在单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除中的应用

Original stereoretractor for transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨立体牵引装置在单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除及单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的安全性及有效性。方法 2011年1至7月,使用立体牵引系统辅助暴露完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术14例。结果立体牵引装置辅助下单孔腹腔镜手术,操作成功率100%,并发症的发生率7.1%,术中出血(25.0±11.6)ml,治疗后早期恢复快;治疗时间(49.7±15.0)min,治疗后住院时间(2.2±1.8)d。结论立体牵引装置辅助下单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有微创性、安全性及有效性。

Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of a original stereoretractor for transumbilical single-port surgery that are used to improve exposure in the operation.Methods During January to July 2011,14 patients were underwent transumbilical single-port cholecystectomy which were assisted by original stereoretractor.Results The achievement ratio of operation was 100 %,the incidence rate of complication was 7.1%,the mean operation time was（49.7 ± 15.0） min,during which the blood loss was（25.0 ± 11.6） ml,the patients were discharged in（2.2 ± 1.8） d.Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible,safe and minimally invasive,and the original stereoretractor is feasible and safe in the transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
