鼻咽癌细胞中CD147、E-cadherin的表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌细胞中CD147、E-cadherin的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测55例鼻咽癌细胞和37例鼻咽黏膜柱状上皮细胞中CD147、E-cadherin的表达。结果鼻咽癌细胞和鼻咽黏膜柱状上皮细胞中,CD147阳性表达率分别为74.55%和43.24%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);E-cadherin阳性表达率分别为41.82%和64.86%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。55例鼻咽癌细胞中CD147与E-Cadherin蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.269,P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌细胞中CD147异常高表达,而E-cadherin表达下降,二者的联合检测对评估鼻咽癌上皮间质转化及预后有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the significance of CD147 and E-cadherin expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Expression of CD147 and E-cadherin in 55 NPCs and 35 columnar epithelia of nasopharyngeal mucosa was detected by SP immunhistochemical method.Results In NPC and nasopharyngeal mucosal columnar epithelia,the positive expression rates of CD147 were 74.55% and 43.24%(P0.01),and those of E-cadherin were 41.82% and 64.86(P0.05),respectively.The expression of CD147 and E-cadherin was negatively correlated in NPC(r=-0.269,P0.05).Conclusion There exist CD147 overexpression and E-cadherin downexpression in NPC.The combined detection of CD147 and E-cadherin can be pivotal in evaluation of epithelial-mesenchymal transformation and prognosis in NPC.
