126例体检者心踝指数的测定及运动干预对心踝指数高于正常者的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察步行运动对动脉硬化的影响及运动干预对策。方法选择126例体检者,测定心踝指数(CAVI)、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、血糖,调查受检者的日常计步运动量。然后根据CAVI分3组(A组70例CAVI低于正常值;B组28例CAVI在正常范围;C组:28例CAVI高于正常值)。分析三组间上述指标的差异。再加大C组的运动量进行干预,三月后复查。结果运动干预前,A组的计步运动量、HDL-C最高,B组次之,C组最低。A组平均动脉压、血糖、LDL-C、TC最低,B组次之,C组最高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。运动干预后,C组的计步运动量、平均动脉压、血糖、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC水平接近B组,两组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论步行运动能影响血压、血脂、血糖,运动干预对延缓动脉硬化有利。
