活络通中药温泉浸浴治疗踝关节急性软组织损伤的临床研究

Clinical study on blood circulation activating medicine hot spring dipping to treat ankle joint acute soft issue injury

目的 探讨活络通中药温泉浸浴治疗踝关节急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法 以活络通温泉中药浴治疗踝关节急性软组织损伤患者140例(治疗组),并与正红花油加温泉浸浴治疗的患者140例(对照组)进行临床疗效对比,观察踝关节损伤局部疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍等治疗前后的变化,并量化积分。结果 治疗组愈显率89.29%,总有效率100%;对照组愈显率62.85%,总有效率92.14%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善临床症状(疼痛、功能障碍)方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 活络通中药温泉浸浴治疗急性软组织损伤疗效显著。

Objective To probe into the curative effects of using Huoluotong blood circulation activating medicine hot spring dipping to treat ankle joint acute soft issue injury.Methods 140 patients with ankle joint acute soft issue injury were treated by Huoluotong blood circulation activating medicine hot spring dipping（the treatment group）,while another 140 patients by Safflower Oil hot spring dipping（the control group）.The curative effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of local pain,swelling,ecchymosis and disfunction of the injured ankle joint were observed and quantized.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was 89.29% and 100 percent effective,while The recovery rate of the control group was 62.85%and 92.14% effective.The curative effect of the treatment group was clearly superior to that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was of statistic significance（P0.05）.The clinical symptom improvement（pain,disfunction）of the treatment group was clearly superior to that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Huoluotong blood circulation activating medicine hot spring dipping can effectively treat acute soft issue injury.
