苯磺酸氨氯地平联合生物反馈治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

Curative effect of using Amlodipine besylate tablets and biofeedback to treat primary hypertension

目的 观察苯磺酸氨氯地平联合生物反馈治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 选择2008-01—2011-06在我院就诊的中重度原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为苯磺酸氨氯地平组(A组,口服苯磺酸氨氯地平50mg,1次/d),苯磺酸氨氯地平联合生物反馈治疗组(B组,口服苯磺酸氨氯地平50mg,1次/d+生物反馈治疗),疗程为4周。比较两组治疗4周后血压控制情况。结果 在原发性高血压患者中B组与A组比较其收缩压与舒张压均有所下降,收缩压下降更明显(P<0.05)。A组总有效率76.7%,B组总有效率91.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 原发性高血压患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合生物反馈治疗有效率优于单用苯磺酸氨氯地平,疗效确切、安全,适合临床应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of using Amlodipine besylate tablets and biofeedback to treat primary hypertension.Methods 120 patients with moderately severe primary hypertension in our sanatorium from January,2008 to June,2011 were randomly divided into group A（Amlodipine besylate group,per os Amlodipine besylate 50 mg,once per day）and group B（Amlodipine besylate and biofeedback,per os Amlodipine besylate 50 mg,once per day,with biofeedback）.The treatment course was four weeks.Blood pressure control conditions between the two groups were compared.Results Both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in group B decreased compared to group A,and the decrease of systolic pressure was even remarkable（P0.05）.The total effect rate of group A was 76.7%,while it was 91.7% in group B,and the difference was of statistic significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect rate of using Amlodipine besylate tablets and biofeedback to treat primary hypertension is superior to that of using Amlodipine besylate tablets only,which is exact and safe for clinical practice.
