摘要
目的 研究糖尿病足的危险因素,有效地防治糖尿病足,从而避免截肢,提高患者的生活质量。方法 回顾总结了75例糖尿病足患者的临床资料、存在的危险因素,采取了相应的护理对策。结果 通过改进对糖尿病足的护理措施,明显提高了糖尿病足的好转率和治愈率。结论 对糖尿病患者应加强足部知识教育,定期进行足部检查是预防糖尿病足的关键。
Objective To study the hazards of diabetic foot and to prevent and treat it and so as to avoid amputation and increase life quality of the patients.Methods Clinical data and existing hazards of 75 cases with diabetic foot were retrospectively summarized,and corresponding nursing countermeasures were adopted.Results Through the improvement of the nursing measures for diabetic foot,improvement rate and cure rate were clearly improved.Conclusion It is important to enhance education about foot care knowledge and regular foot examination,which is crucial to preventing diabetic foot.
