摘要
通过神宁煤业集团环境管理体系的实际运行,结合工作经验和ISO14001环境管理体系标准特点,就环境管理体系如何在煤炭生产企业应用,提高煤炭企业环境管理水平,以及体系运行监督管控机制和环境管理体系运行取得的成绩,帮助煤炭生产企业寻求一种解决环境保护管理问题的有效手段。
Based on the actual operation of environmental management system in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group, work experience and standard features of ISO14001 environmental management system, the paper not only discusses how to apply environmental management system in coal production enterprises and to improve the environmental management level of coal enterprises, but also discusses the achievements that has been made in the operation of supervision and control mechanism and environmental management system. It is hoped that the paper could help coal production enterprises to find an effective measure to solve the problem of environmental protection and management.
