李家壕煤矿末煤重介分选工业试验与分析 被引量:2

On the Industrial Test and Analysis of Dense Medium Separation of Slack Coal in Lijiahao Coal Mine

摘要 李家壕煤矿选煤厂入洗原煤为不黏煤和长焰煤,设计的选煤工艺只针对块煤进行浅槽排矸,-13mm末煤不分选直接掺配销售,但是生产实践发现,-13mm末煤热值较低,直接掺配影响了销售产品的热值。针对这种情况,以水泉选煤厂二车间为工业试验场地,对万利矿区李家壕煤矿-13mm原煤进行了连续工业生产试验。结果表明:采用三产品重介旋流器,可以分选出符合产品热值要求的商品煤,但入洗过程中也存在一定问题,本文分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了一些解决方案。 The raw coal being washed in coal preparation plant of Lijiahao coal mine is non-caking coal and jet coal. As the coal preparation technology is only designed for discharging the gangne with shallow slot of lump coal, -13mm slack coal is directly blended and compounded for sale without being separated. However, it is found in production practice that with low heat value, -13mm slack coal has negative effect on the heat value of coal while being directly blended and compounded. By setting the workshop 2 of Shuiquan coal preparation plant as the industrial testing site, continuous industrial production tests have been done to -13mm raw coal in Lijiahao coal mine of Wanh mining area, which shows that salable coal that meets heat value requirement can be separated with three-product dense medium cyclone while some problems do exist in the cleaning process. The paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
